First handcycle ride of the year (2007)

Map of the route.

A good ride. I just needed to go out and work off some pent up stress and Christmas Pud. Nothing to heavy although I did go up Cranley Gdns (infamous for the serial killer Dennis Nilsen).

I was out on the handcycle for about an hour and forty minutes, covered 12.7 miles (20.4 kph), average speed 10.6 mph (17.1 kph).
